After your vehicle was dropped off, our team quickly diagnosed the concern and initially attempted the recommended repair before determining that a replacement valve body was necessary. Unfortunately, the replacement part was on national backorder, and we did not receive an estimated arrival date from GM, which significantly impacted the repair timeline. We understand how important reliable transportation is, and we recognize that not having a loaner vehicle available right away added to your frustration. While we worked with our rental partner daily to secure a vehicle, availability was extremely limited at the time. As soon as a rental became available, we arranged it for you immediately. While some factors were outside of our control, we understand that better communication and a smoother experience were expected.
