I had a great service visit to Martin Chevrolet. My customer service representative was Jack. He was very nice, explained everything perfectly. He even arranged a loaner car for me so I could pick u My customer service representative was Jack. He was very nice, explained everything perfectly. He even arranged a loaner car for me so I could pick up my daughter in the case that my truck wasn't ready in time for me to pick her up. He even called to ask if I wanted them to change my air filters that my husband forgot to change. So with that we even had them rotate the tires. Also, when picking up my truck Jack saw us in the ay room and made sure everything was perfect with our visit and with the truck. Overall 10 out of 10!! More

Been waiting on a call for a part for my vehicle and it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. I said they would be in stock the next day.
