Lack of expertise observed creates concern for the $254 paid in labor. Not sure how those labor charges were even determined based on the time spent and work completed at the dealer. Unorganized, uninformative, very very careless with customers autos. I made an appt. 4 days out to make sure they were ready for me and they weren’t. Once I left my truck to be repaired they never upda customers autos. I made an appt. 4 days out to make sure they were ready for me and they weren’t. Once I left my truck to be repaired they never updated me about its progress. I had to search them down. Once it was repaired I had to go search it down in the lot myself where I found it jacked so close between other cars I couldn’t get in the drivers side and barely could crawl thru the passenger side.The next day after inspection I found 2 new dings where it looks like they swung the door open into an I beam of some sort. I’m a very anal person and always looks for and knows every flaw on my truck. The dings weren’t there and the person that did it most definitely knows they did it. Unhappy.
