Service Rep, OC, is awesome. He really seems to go the extra mile with me as a customer. Work , generally, seems to be good, no one tries to upsell or recommend stuff when it He really seems to go the extra mile with me as a customer. Work , generally, seems to be good, no one tries to upsell or recommend stuff when it isn’t needed. Dealership still needs to figure out how to wash and DRY a car after service work. Sales people are always helpful when I’m passing time during oil changes. They are happy to give some price/availability guidance for an additional vehicle purchase. Their job would probably be easier with more vehicles on the sales lot. More
