I have never had a brand new car, and when I went into the dealership today I didn't think I'd be driving a brand new car home. She made sure I had all of the information when we completed our negotiations and then followed up with me frequently to keep me up to date on manufacturing and delivery. The delivery was very organized and efficient and did not waste any of my time. She also was very helpful in explaining the cars features and helping me get acclimated.
