Service Center is Exceptional We were traveling from Cincinnati to Louisiana for the holidays, in a 2011 Kia Sorento that had just been checked at our dealer to insure it was road We were traveling from Cincinnati to Louisiana for the holidays, in a 2011 Kia Sorento that had just been checked at our dealer to insure it was road worthy. The car just stopped running while on the expressway, and after pulling to side of the road, we found a huge puddle of oil on the shoulder where we stopped. Needless to say we had to get a tow and we had the vehicle taken to Marin Kia in Bowling Green. We bought the car used and have only had it for 6 months, but we did invest in an extended warranty from our dealer in Ohio. We met Carson and one of the service guys in the service center and they took down all of our information. It was fairly clear that the repair was going to be substantial, whether it was covered under our policy or not, so we rented a car in order to stay on schedule for our vacation. Carson was nice enough to give me his personal cell phone number, so we could stay in touch (we were going on a cruise and would not have cell service for a week, but we could use messenger). Carson was super professional and kept me up to date with all of the stages of the repair, including sending pictures of the engine once it was disassembled, to show me the damage. He arranged the inspections and had to wrestle with a ton of paperwork once the claim was approved. He even sent me photos as the car was being repaired in the shop. We had a lot of communication back and forth during the time they had the car, and Carson was always willing to answer my questions, even if I texted during lunch or on the weekend. We picked up the car once it was finished and made it back home to Cincinnati safely with no engine issues. I cannot stress enough my appreciation to Carson and the service team at Martin Kia for the stellar work and support they provided during this adventure. I highly recommend this team, and if I did not live three hours away, I would take all of my vehicles there for any service needed. More
