I would never purchase from this dealership again. I encountered several problems throughout the buying process and after. I made several attempts to speak with management about these assorted issues, I encountered several problems throughout the buying process and after. I made several attempts to speak with management about these assorted issues, but they never answered their phone or returned calls even though I left messages requesting a call back. Even when I was in-person at the dealership, the managers refused to speak to me directly and only communicated with me through the sales associates. To name a few issues: (1) Kia was supposed to complete all the paperwork with the DMV to retain my license plate and they didn't. They also waited until the literal last day I could go to the DMV to retain it myself to inform me of this. This resulted in me almost losing my vintage black ceramic license plate. (2) The financial guy, Will, blatantly lied to me about what the standard warranty covers and convinced me to buy the extended warranty. I absolutely would not have purchased it otherwise considering both the standard and extended warranties actually cover the same time span. (3) Will told me that the extended warranty and tire warranty information would be in my vehicle after purchase, but all I was provided with was the sales receipt. They did not provide me with the contract and have been refusing to give it to me for months. The sales receipt mentions that the warranties will be voided if you don't follow the buyer responsibilities section of the contract. How is anyone supposed to follow those rules and maintain their warranty when the dealership is refusing to provide the buyers with the contract that lists what these rules are? (4) My car was sold to me with damage that went unnoticed on my part prior to purchase. I made the salesman aware as soon as I noticed and he promised to look into getting it fixed, but never got back to me and then ignored my texts when I tried to follow up with him on it. He also ignored emails and did not answer his work phone. His voicemail box is also constantly full, so you can't leave a message. If you plan on trading in your vehicle, be aware that they are going to low ball you. It was by far the lowest offer I received for my vehicle and it was borderline insulting. My trade-in was in near perfect condition and looked (and smelled) practically brand new. Trade your car in pretty much anywhere else if you want to get what it's really worth. More
