Baye murphy. I had brought my kia into Martin kia for service the keyfob was not working and 2 days later they told me they needed to order a part. when I dropped I had brought my kia into Martin kia for service the keyfob was not working and 2 days later they told me they needed to order a part. when I dropped it off I had explained I had my motor swapped under warranty and every time I went over a speed bump I heard a weird noise since. it ended up taking over 24 days for them to fix the key issue and offered me no rental or anthing. they promised me 4 days and it took 24. when I go to pick up my car I was told I owe 160 for them checking out the noise. I spoke with a man who accused me of threatening him then got a manager named baye Murphy. he was completely unapologetic refused to do anything and tried to justify their every action. they kept telling me they are independent and not a kia dealer. he stated that kia won't pay so I had too. I would never come to this stealership again. I have owned many cars and been to many places and have never been treated this way before. please before you think of coming to this "independant" dealer take it to kia of Westchester or kia of Wilmington I promise you will thank me later More

There was no pressure to buy; India and the manager of the dealership understood that we needed time to think about all the information we had been provided. Once we made our decision, India made the process of going through the paperwork as easy and streamlined as possible. When the purchase had been completed and we were ready to take possession of the car, India went over basic features of the dashboard and infortainment system as well as information on scheduled maintenance. In the week after our purchase India has checked in with us to find out if we had any concerns and to find out if we were enjoying our new purchase.
