Poor Communication in the Service Department Communication is non existent. Scheduled an appointment online. Online advertised special included oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection Communication is non existent. Scheduled an appointment online. Online advertised special included oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Verified with the Service Rep upon drop off to ensure all scheduled services would be performed. They only completed the oil change and proceeded to argue with me and tell me they weren't aware of the online special offer so they weren't "charging" me for the tire rotation service which was not completed. In reality, had I not noticed the tires weren't rotated, they would have charged me the pkg price and not performed the services. Unbelievably unprofessional. Treats customers like they are in the wrong. Does not take the time to listen to your concerns. Will never return. More
General maintenance leads to expensive problems After leaving service center for general maintenance my ac. motor blower started making noises. After reading online about the problem it seems fairly common that when a cabin filter is replaced debris can call into the motor blower and ruin it. They want to charge me 350+ to fix it. Terrible service will not go back there. More

Used car purchase My son needed a car right away. He has never purchased a new car or had the opportunity to deal with a “car salesman “. I intern have bought many cars/trucks is my life. We had already done our homework/research. We new what they were offering and what other dealerships in the area were offering. We just needed to confirm what was advertised on the internet. We met with Steve, and I said I wanted the lowest price, I didn’t have time to negotiate. If I didn’t think it was in the right dollar range, I was going to other dealerships on the my list and look at what they are offering. Steve appreciated my honesty and he also didn’t want to waste time negotiating. He gave me a “do not leave number”. He didn’t want me to shop anywhere else. He knew I did my homework and he knew there were similar cars not that far away for me to see. I didn’t leave. I feel the car I bought was a great deal. This was Sunday afternoon just before closing. The next day my son was driving to work in his new car, which had new plates and an inspection sticker. Less than 24 hours, and done. Awesome. Thanks PJ More
