Above and beyond I searched online for weeks for the vehicle I wanted. Multiple dealers called me to offer me everything except for exactly the car I asked for. I we I searched online for weeks for the vehicle I wanted. Multiple dealers called me to offer me everything except for exactly the car I asked for. I went to my local GMC dealership and they said, “Oh we just sold one exactly like the one you wanted unfortunately we don’t have anything else like it but I can give you this one( that’s is exactly the opposite) for a deal. After weeks of searching online I called another dealership in Western Mass, because they had the vehicle that I wanted and they told me, “Yeah we have it except the owner of the dealership is driving it so we probably can’t sell that one.”I couldn’t believe that a car dealer would rather be driving a vehicle around than trying to sell it. The cars are for you customers, if you want one, order it, you should not be driving it around for yourself .For the type of vehicle that we were buying, I wasn’t looking for a deal, I was looking to get exactly what I wanted, and I knew the cost. Eventually we ended up going to Marty’s, as my father had recommended it because he had bought a vehicle from them previously also. Our Salesman Neil, understood what I wanted and that I wanted nothing else he researched it. It took some time, but he told me they can have it in a coupe of days, if they could find it, or they could order one for me from the factory and it would take about six weeks or more . I didn’t think I want anything crazy, but I wanted certain color combinations with the interior and exterior, and a couple of particular options like powered step ups and the heads up for display. Neil was able to find one in NY, and in the meantime they gave us a loaner car as we had been in a car accident and we had exhausted the timeframe on my rental car from our insurance policy. We got exactly the car we wanted down to every detail, and we got it for much better than the retail price. Marty’s was great, they definitely went above and beyond, and even though it was a longer drive off Cape for us, it was well worth it . Not to mention when I needed service I was able to go to the Marty’s Chevy dealership on Cape Cod, and get my GMC taken care of. Thanks Marty’s, and thank you Neil, we will be back again soon! More

They gave me more for my trade than I had expected. Lenny was courtious and honest from the moment I arrived. I will definitely purchase from Marty's again. More
