Dealership was amazing from start to finish. I was able to fill application out online, go in, sign papers and be out in less than an hour. Zach was awesome answering all my questions and getting us the payment we wanted. The gentleman in the finance department was professional, efficient and kind. There are only 2 things I wish we would've known before purchasing the GNC Terrain Denali was that it has no vents for heat or AC in the back which is completely unbelievable being a Denali. But, we never thought we'd have to check something like that when we test drove it. The 2nd thing is we have to bring the car in after 5 days of driving it because it 100% needs brakes which is upsetting whoever inspected it passed it knowing they must've been almost gone. Yes, they pass inspection but this is a huge inconvenience. Other than those 2 things, the dealership was great! Thank you. More

I had to call the salesman (Paul) for updates. He did not keep us informed of what was happening with our vehicle unless we asked for an update. The truck was brought in from anther repair shop who couldn’t find the problem. With in two days I received a call fro Mike in service telling me is was the turbo. He also we over all the issues whi couldn’t find the problem. With in two days I received a call fro Mike in service telling me is was the turbo. He also we over all the issues which should be addressed. Due to the cost of getting this vehicle up and running. Mike worked with me on repairs the necessary parts. It was completed in a reasonable time frame Mike communicate the truck progress a few time. It was ready when promised. Truck running great Thank you More
