I have had wonderful experiences for every interaction with Marty’s. From my initial inquiry to the sales process to my first service call. I got a flat tire just a few weeks after picking up my vehicle ( with Marty’s. From my initial inquiry to the sales process to my first service call. I got a flat tire just a few weeks after picking up my vehicle ( hit a major pothole!) and they took care of me quickly and professionally. I was embarrassed that I needed a new tire so soon after getting my Envision ( and now wish I had taken the optional tire package!), but they were not the least bit snarky about it - although they had every right to be! More

Not impressed we made an appointment for a reason. It took me a month to get my truck because it failed my state inspection and they refused to fix the issues. Made me wait a month to get an appointment to get it handled. Absolutely horrible disrespectfu state inspection and they refused to fix the issues. Made me wait a month to get an appointment to get it handled. Absolutely horrible disrespectful customer service and my salesman Ihsanea once he got my sale he was useless and disrespectful to not only myself but my parents as well when they tried to call for me. I will NEVER recommend these people to ANYONE. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They were reported to the AG office as well. More

Was very impressed with Troy and the staff. . Troy Isa very nice young man and makes the process so easy. Zachery was also very helpful. Only problem was getting the registration and plate from . Do not understand why, in today’s world, it takes 2 1/2 weeks. Should be 2 to 3 days. Need to address your that as a dealer…….it is ridiculous More
