The truck was brought in from anther repair shop who couldn’t find the problem. With in two days I received a call fro Mike in service telling me is was the turbo. He also we over all the issues whi couldn’t find the problem. With in two days I received a call fro Mike in service telling me is was the turbo. He also we over all the issues which should be addressed. Due to the cost of getting this vehicle up and running. Mike worked with me on repairs the necessary parts. It was completed in a reasonable time frame Mike communicate the truck progress a few time. It was ready when promised. Truck running great Thank you More

The service department response to my cars non-working window was fantastic. Not very good customer service. Took forever for someone to look at my dump truck while I was out of work at least call me to tell me what was wrong with it, had to call corporate Took forever for someone to look at my dump truck while I was out of work at least call me to tell me what was wrong with it, had to call corporate office to get answers no I am not very happy with their service. And the thing that really stinks is they are the closest azuzu around living on Cape Cod these are the people that I have to bring my truck to if something happens. If anything I'm ready to sell the dump truck.. Worst experience of my life! And my business is falling apart because of it. More
