Scheduled an appointment and when I showed up they didn’t even know what my service was for! Also when I arrived I was made to wait 25min out in the cold and when the work was finished they were so rude didn even know what my service was for! Also when I arrived I was made to wait 25min out in the cold and when the work was finished they were so rude didn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for one!! Terrible customer service I will go to another dealership for service. Such a shame I’ve been coming here for 5 years and much preferred the service advisors when the location was in west LA. Not sure if it was a temp location but those advisors were much more helpful! More
