When I called I spoke with Ben, he assured me the car I wanted was there, and that he would have it available for me to test drive. When I arrived, he very nicely introduced me to Elena and said that she w wanted was there, and that he would have it available for me to test drive. The whole process from the start to finishing the paperwork with Nick was enjoyable. The car was detailed and prepped.
