See John Falco he will work hard to get you a great deal. Prior to my new purchase, I had an oil change on my previous Jeep. Service department was very helpful and service was prompt. Love that the service department is open on Sundays. More

Outstanding out of State Service when I have a chance to, I always utilize reviews to make my decisions on many things including car repair. I work for a well known Global Corporation that takes customer satisfaction very seriously so my first instinct would have not taken my vehicle to this dealership based solely on the poor feedback. But this past weekend as I ran into a situation while traveling out of state , alone and vulnerable, I had to make a quick decision on where to have my vehicle serviced ,and although I found the negative posts on this site disturbing, I made the call only to find that having open and honest communication with the woman in Massey Service department eased my fear and led me to take the chance. it is true and very unfortunate that people tend not to provide positive feedback when they have good service and you only hear from the unhappy. I must say that I was not disappointed in any way with the service provided or the price quoted. I come from NY State where having a service department open past 5PM on Friday is unheard of. on top of having weekend Dealership support, the mechanic was a sweetheart who bent over backwards to ensure I understood what he found and what we needed to do to get m back on the road.. The Service Tech who seems to have annoyed those unhappy people was wonderful to work with. she kept me in the loop from the first call to my pick up and then a follow up to make sure I was home safe and happy. I am an out of state Chrysler Jeep owner and plan to let Chrysler know that this dealership is 10 star in my book. take a chance, you are so lucky to have an honest dealership that provides weekend service at no extra cost. Bait and Switch Scheme! Beware! Massey Yardley did a BAIT AND SWITCH! We had been speaking with the Internet Manager, Tanisha Hope, for about one week regarding a 2014 Dodge Beware! Massey Yardley did a BAIT AND SWITCH! We had been speaking with the Internet Manager, Tanisha Hope, for about one week regarding a 2014 Dodge Dart Limited before making the drive down from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale. We set up an appointment to test drive the car with intentions to buy. We had all the financials negotiated with the Manager via e-mail. We called Tanisha 15 minutes before arriving at Massey Yardley and she stated that the car was still on the lot. In a previous e-mail she had also told me that she would be there at our appointment, but we should ask for Salesman John Falco to assist us. We arrived on time and four Salesmen immediately approached us in the parking lot, we told them we were looking for Tanisha or John, they took us inside. There was no reception area, no place for guests to sit down, and no other shoppers which we thought was very strange for a Sunday afternoon. Once inside, we learned that Tanisha was not working that day and John was unavailable because he was “gassing up a car.” A different Salesman (I do not recall his name) said he would assist us until John became available. We told this man the car we were there to test drive; He went out looking for the car twice and ended up telling us that the car was no longer there and must have been sold. We thanked him for his time and decided to leave and continue our car search elsewhere. We got into our car and sat there for a minute to calm down. When we were ready to leave the parking lot, we discovered that one of the Massey Yardley employees had purposely parked a car behind ours, preventing us from leaving! John Falco then came out of the car which was blocking us and appeared at our car window and apologized that he wasn’t available earlier. I told him what happened and he went to look for the car. He came back and said the car had been sold but that he had “spoken to the manager and we’re going to see what we can do for you on a 2015 Dart!” We told John that we would not be doing business with Massey Yardley since they lied to us about the car being available and made us drive 300 miles for this deal, John replied “I don’t blame you.” We asked him to move the car that was blocking us in. Massey Yardley did a Bait and Switch. We called 15 minutes before arriving and they confirmed it was still on the lot. The Internet Manager, Tanisha, did not answer our phone call after we left the dealership and never returned our call. The car even remained on their website’s inventory the next day. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! They tried to scam us and even blocked us in so we wouldn’t leave the parking lot. I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews I read instead of wasting my time and driving 300 miles for this fake deal! Beware! More

I also told him my past two jeeps came from another local dealer who could not accommodate me so I walked out. Well Dan came through gave me a fair price for my trade and I was driving my new Jeep Wrangler sport 1 1/2 hours later home. Start to finish with financing 2 hours. Thanks for a very uncomplicated way to buy a car. More

crooks and scammers Took my car in for battery issue which should have been covered. Get a call from Helen in service who tells me that I need a battery and an alternator. I had the car checked at my repair shop prior to taking it to the dealer to make sure it was only a battery. When I advised Helen that there was no way my car needed an alternator because I had it checked before taking it to them, she said that the battery wasn't charging so that meant the It was bad, I laughed and told her not to do anything on my bricked because I knew it only needed a battery. She then told me that it was $120 for checking out the car. I told her I wasn't paying $120 for then to tell me what I had already told them was wrong with the car and on top of that she never called to advise that it would be $120 for them to "check the vehicle out." When I advised her that if they would have told me that it wouldn't be covered, I would have had my own mechanic who works at the repair shop that I work for fix it. They 135 for the battery and another $120 to install the battery on top of it. She realized that what I was telling her was correct and between her and the mechanic trying to scam me in something that I do for a living. Needless to say, I didn't pay for the diagnostic and picked up my car and drove it to my shop and had the battery replaced. There was nothing wrong with the alternator. . STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! More
