While indicated that I had a trunk weather strip issue when I made the appointment I am beyond shocked that the part needed to be ordered and I need to come back to get it resolved. I have also been without a cargo mat and seat back protector for over year going back to the original purchase of my vehicle. Flabbergasted that only the cargo mat was installed and being told I needed to review with sales on the original agreement. Last, I was told the seat back protectors would be installed at my home. Still waiting for that call to set that up. Very close to a 1 overall rating. More

I’ve bought 4 Hondas at Matt burne Honda. My new 2025 crv needed a new transmission. The service department was horrible to deal with. They don’t answer phones return messages or update through text. The car had 20k miles on it and they would not provide a loaner. After hours of trying to get a loaner I finally went to the sales department to see if I could get one. Luckily the sales department provided me a loaner. It was at least 4 hours trying to get one. I’m trading the car in for something other than a Honda. Very unfortunate especially after the other 3 successful CRVs. I’ve already ordered a competitors car arriving first week of sept I will not buy another Honda. More
