Kasandra was very helpful in resolving two issues that occurred after I had an oil change and tire rotation. Not happy that I had to return to the Service Department twice for notifications that "Maint occurred after I had an oil change and tire rotation. Not happy that I had to return to the Service Department twice for notifications that "Maintenance Due Soon" and "Tire Pressure Low" were not reset. Kinda disappointed in service lately . Things you requested to be done are not done. Tires were not rotated and I was told they were. I think the techs should double check the work order, before sending the car out. More
