Positives from purchase year ago of my Kona to my 1st year’s free lease maintenance service this week. Justin was a great sales representative and now servicing my vehicle (don’t know guy’s name but a Ja year’s free lease maintenance service this week. The service department was very professional, polite, and fully explained all work being done. Previously, I've been dealing with three different Vision Hyundai service departments and they were incompetent, fully explained all work being done. Previously, I've been dealing with three different Vision Hyundai service departments and they were incompetent, not professional and falsified paperwork regarding work they were supposed to be doing. I also received No support from reporting these issues to the Hyundai Corporate Customer Service. They only replied that they had no authority or accountability when it came to the dealerships they licensed, which I was astonished to hear. We'll, my experience with Matthew Hyundai was a difference between night-and-day over the Vision locations. I was extremely extremely pleased. More
