I had to work very hard to get satisfactory results from 9/19 break replacement. Very sad I had to endure multiple return trips to have them acknowledge the issue then fix it (this took over a period of 7 w 9/19 break replacement. When a significant "don't drive the car" problem occurred with my Sonata, Matthew's fit me in a full service schedule and fixed it. They also provided a free Lyft ride home. It has been 6 weeks since we purchased our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy and we still have not received the second remote entry key fob or the full tank of gas promised. Five times we have been promise Santa Fe Calligraphy and we still have not received the second remote entry key fob or the full tank of gas promised. Five times we have been promised the key fob was being overnighted and we would have it the next day. The information provided to our insurance company listed the incorrect VIN and we got two notices, one one from our insurance company stating our insurance was to be cancelled and a second one from DMV telling us our registration will be cancelled. NOT A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE!!!! More
