The sales dept was awesome. The problems we had is with Service Dept. Specifically, and only, Jared and the “repair shop” my car was taken to. Since early Fall, he has told me a part for my Santa Fe is on back order. Last time I brought my car in on a Thursday for a ding another car gave me & a whistling sound (broken seal in my front windows) I impressed upon Jared I needed my cat back by Sat.to take myself & others to a baby shower. I even changed my appt to 1 day earlier to provide more time. I was not told my new car was to be taken off site to some unknown to me “repair shop” My car wasn’t done & the “shop” over sprayed paint onto running board! I had to beg & plead to get my car back Sat morning!! Jared acted like it was an inconvenience to him to go retains car on his off-day; when I told him numerous times people were counting on me Saturday morning. Jared told me that he told me it may not be done by Sat. A lie because if he had I would have rescheduled and not risked it!! He even had told this lie to the service staff when I picked up my car. Also, both times I was given a loaner car, I had to wipe down the car’s interior before I drove it because there was spilled drink residue, crumbs, trash, and filth in the cars! We will not be returning to the service department! More

We've always complied with reminders for maintenance but the technician hadn't reset it so we got notifi We got a false notification for maintenance. The appointment wasn't a total loss, I didn't get his name but he came from behind the counter and reset it. I was there about 5 minutes. More
