Dealing with Carl was an absolute pleasant experience. Carl was up front about everything and did not give me the run around. He kept in contact wit me continually giving me up dates. Though I like the dealership, I figured my experience in buying out my lease would go smoother. I was there for three hours waiting for paperwork to be finished. I’m not sure if it was the fact that my sale buying out my lease would go smoother. I was there for three hours waiting for paperwork to be finished. I’m not sure if it was the fact that my salesman was working with three different people at the same time or it was the backend paperwork that was holding it up. To top it off, now I’m having issues with my blue link app. For some reason it is now not connecting to my car when it worked perfectly fine for the three years during the lease. I just wish I could have a regular remote start key fob instead of having to use the app. More
