Integrity the letter "Vehicle Exchange Program" you sent was very deceiving and after we made a deal on "terminating your existing loan/lease early" and "Escape the letter "Vehicle Exchange Program" you sent was very deceiving and after we made a deal on "terminating your existing loan/lease early" and "Escape excessive mileage and wear and tear penalties" the General manager tried to to tell me the "Escape excessive..." statement really meant do it now BEFORE this happened, left a VERY bad impression of the integrity of your management team. Luis tried to work with me on the issue but was overridden. although we finally came to a resolution Mr.. Capadona and Mr. Clark seemed condescending toward me. More
