I have been a loyal, longtime Hyundai customer since 2010. My current 2021 Sante Fe lease is my 5th vehicle from this location. I am shocked at the lack of customer service I just received from Matthe 2010. My current 2021 Sante Fe lease is my 5th vehicle from this location. I am shocked at the lack of customer service I just received from Matthews Hyundai of Schenectady Service Department, previously Fuccillio Hyundai. I will never bring my vehicle there again and will certainly never purchase/lease another vehicle through them. Thankfully Mike at Lia Hyundai is giving me the customer service all customers deserve! Mathew’s Hyundai is a good shop always got good service, but Hyundai in general sucks! The 2015 Hyundai Sonata’s factory paint is terrible. The roof and trunk started peeling which they covered 80%, but now but Hyundai in general sucks! The 2015 Hyundai Sonata’s factory paint is terrible.
