I was recommended by a friend to visit Matthews becaus I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime & dread going to the dealership with pushy salesman. I was recommended by a friend to visit Matthews because I just moved to town. I told Mike exactly what I was looking for & how much I wanted to spend. He didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I spoke to him about. He let me drive multiple different cars on a very busy day for them when he probably could have sold to multiple people. I had trouble with my bank & insurance company but he made sure everything was taken care of. He also drove my new car to my home because I didn’t have a way to get it there. Very pleased I'll start of with my favorite part of the experience, I told then exactly what I wanted and unlike other dealerships, they stuck to it. They never once tried to change my mind and just get me in a vehicle just for a quick sale, they were very helpful in getting me into the exact vehicle that I wanted and the price range i could afford. The only reason I am not putting 5 stars is because the vehicle I picked out had a recall for its airbags, no fault of the dealerships, but I believe that if they have a vehicle on the lot they should take care of the recalls before showing them to customers instead of waiting to the last minute to have the recall fixed. More
