New car purchase not sure I would make again After doing lots of test drives of various SUVs we decided on Nissan Rogue SV. Love the vehicle itself experience was good not great and at times awkw After doing lots of test drives of various SUVs we decided on Nissan Rogue SV. Love the vehicle itself experience was good not great and at times awkward. The staff did did what they’re supposed to do but but was just odd sometimes. We did take the car overnight which was great to do and drive at night to how we like illumination etc and understanding it’s car buying there was the typical sales effort. Not nearly relaxed as other dealers and at times found us thinking of going to different Nissan dealer we had visited. We made the purchase and at final meeting and pick up was kinda awkward again. Didn’t get a lot of time to go over all features. I have bought other new cars before and salesperson spent a lot of time going through all of the bells and whistles and how to’s if the vehicle. Not so much here. Waited while they were washing the car. Car came back not that clean almost like they sprayed water and called it good dirty door jambs bird poop on window and other dirty places. So certainly get delivery or had the feeling of Yeah! We bought a new car. It was ugh let’s just get outta here. lastly I understand wanting good scores but when sales person sends text messages on how much it will help them and their family to get a good score and the pleading desperation in the texts was odd like how bad just it be there to send messages like that. So much so that I also received instructions and what put and a picture of how the survey should look. Unacceptable to say the least. More

Did not hold up their end of the deal. 1 star is too much. Was lied to, and given the "bums rush". Got my money, and wiped their hands of me. Promised to arrange for the windshield to be fixed locally. 3 weeks later, a 3rd party glass company 90 miles away contacts me saying they were notified me that they're supposed to fix it. NO contact from Fuccillo service department. Vehicle was advertised to have wireless connectivity(for phone, navigation and climate control). The salesman sat there in the car and attempted to pair his iPhone to it, and told me it had Bluetooth. Got it home(I live 90 mi. away), reviewed manual, and contacted Honda tech's, who diagnosed it as being corrupt. Salesman initially told me they would take care of it. Even provided a possible workaround(unhooking battery for a period of time, in hopes that it would reset). Then days later, told me the service dept. told him they were NOT responsible, and I had to pay for it. Salesman also told me the car was going to be completely detailed. When unhooking the battery for the workaround, I found that the engine was never detailed. Never even touched. And, come to find out, due to an engine oil life indicator provided, they never even changed the oil(it has 30% oil life), and seriously doubt they even did their 56 point inspection. I'm not sure who it was I dealt with in finance. But he was upset I wasn't willing to pay $180.00 more over the life of the deal("You know, it's only $3.00 a month"). He had to find a better deal for me. I overpaid for the car, but was willing to. It had all the features I wanted, and expected to be treated with respect, and not taken advantage of. And expected to get the car I was told I was getting. I was wrong. More
