He presented the facts regarding comparable vehicle newer, but without being pushy. I think the process is quite lengthy from beginning to end, but we came home same day with the vehicle all set. And, Will consistently checked that our personal and professional needs were met. We left feeling like family! Time will tell if Fuccillo lives up to our future expectations of service. Routine service and factory recall went well I took my 2015 Nissan Quest into Fuccillo for a factory recall. While It was there I also had the transmission service done on the vehicle. I did not want to wait for the car so I was given a ride home by the courtesy driver. When the car was finished the courtesy driver picked me up at my home and brought me back. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. More
Friendly and accommodating I did my research before arriving but still wasn't sure on what vehicle I wanted. I test drove the Pathfinder and Rogue and both had qualities I was looking for but since I was still undecided my sales rep, Matt, offered to allow me to bring the Pathfinder home for 24 hrs. It was great. I ended up buying the Rogue and am very happy with it. I think I would be still undecided. Thank you Matt and Zach for all your help. John helped so much to get our payments where we wanted them and made sure we had a great warranty as well. More

Great service but tricky advertising I had a coupon for 19.99 but the finest print below said not for synthetic oil changes. What cars these days are not using synthetic oil?? Also I went from thinking it was going to cost me 19.99 to it actually costing $50!! I was very upset about the last minute surprise. I feel like I was tricked into thinking it was 19.99. Also no car wash. I liked the fact that Eddie drove me over to the shopping center while my car was being serviced then picked me up when it was done. More
