Not a good experience Went to test drive , vehicle battery dead and had no gas. They knew we were coming. After purchase, finance guy didn’t shop for best interest rate, said I had excellent credit so he just went to one bank (very high) we had to ask for him to look for a better rate. How’s that shopping for a good rate as our salesman stated would happen. We received the fob for our car and their was just one, we asked where the other one was and Matt said we’ll i have just one. When we purchased our car Matt the salesperson told us we needed to turn in both sets of keys. So I needed to turn in 2 sets and I only get one which was not revealed to me until afterwards. These fobs cost a lot of money!! The shift knob was worn so we wanted it replaced, Matt said they couldn’t do it but we can purchase one for $25-30. That’s sooo incorrect, I called and it’s $249!! The car never got detailed!! We picked up the car and the floor mats were exactly where we left them days before. Food and drink marks on the seats. Scuff marks on the interior all over the trunk. We live 1.5 hrs away and they knew that. I was told to bring back my car so they can detail it “better” , umm no why waste my gas to come back!! We did all the paperwork ahead of time, all we had to do was sign for finances 2days later but it ended up being a 3.5 hour ordeal and that’s with them calling us to say don’t come yet we are still detailing the car which they never did in the first place. So why we were delayed is beyond me. I’m very disappointed in the service of this dealership and now I have to spend well over $1000 to get a new fob detailing and new shift knob. Clearly customer satisfaction does not matter! More

I had a car starter and trailer hitch put on my new car. I gave this rating bc they were very friendly, cooperative and efficient. When I got there they had a loaner car waiting for me.
