Today I went in for a free, that's right FREE!, oil change (they send their customers coupons every so often). I have been thinking about trading my 2018 in for a while and today was the day. You can't beat the buy back incentives that are happening right now with the chip shortage. Like I literally got back the amount I paid for that car 2 years ago!! and I left with a brand new 2022. This is my 5th Acura and Maus is by far my favorite dealership out of all of them. Today I worked with Lee Houston who's no stress, no pressure, how can I serve you better and make this go as smoothly as possible approach to selling a vehicle was really refreshing. He really does care about customer satisfaction, not just selling a car for commission. If you're considering buying or leasing a new car, ask for Lee. Visited yesterday to lease a 2021 RDX A-Spec AWD and trade in my current lease. First noticed the difference in online price and price at dealer due to Maus care something that I could never use but wa trade in my current lease. First noticed the difference in online price and price at dealer due to Maus care something that I could never use but was told they could take it off the price. Before going to Maus I already knew what my trade in was worth having been given several offers from other dealerships. After sitting down at salespersons desk they came back with a trade in value of we will pay off the balance due on your lease (only 10 months left). This offer was $6K less than the lowest offer we received and $9K less than the highest and $12 lower than open market. After seeing how irate I was he tried double talking and justifying there low ball offer. If you want to get treated fairly do not go to Maus because they will not treat you like family. I did not give them a chance to come back with another offer because I was not there to play numbers games. If I could have given a zero that is what I would have given. More
