Mugs thanks for your review. One of our priorities for our customers is safety. With this said we brought the fact that there was a staple in your tire and it was near the sidewall. We have made it a policy that if there is an object in a tire outside of the tread groove we will not repair it as a majority of the times they not properly repairable. We also had no idea of the length of the staple either. We never want to sell something that someone does not need but did want to make you aware that either that staple could cause a flat and we would have to install a new tire or the tire would be fine if we removed the foreign object.
