He’s a very knowledgeable salesman and listen from the beginning what we need or looking for. Very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. My wife wanted specific on what she was going to buy. But for the beginning we told him we were doing window shopping. Tom understood and ask questions on what we needed. We’re very happy for the results well my wife is very happy with her new car. We never had experience a dealership with so much enthusiasm on how important is the customer even if we didn’t buy a vehicle. I also wanted to thanks Joshua and mereth and the financial lady. I was so pleased with this dealership. From the way I was treated, never once pressured by my salesman with total product knowledge to the inventory available. The entire staff from introducing me to the manager, finance options and amazing coverages offered to me insured I purchased the best deal. The entire process was so professional. Brittany reached out to me and we discussed the trim packages for the RDX and once I chose a specific car, the negotiations were handled all by text and email and ultimately we received a very fair deal.
