My overall new buying car experience was lengthy, however thorough and complete. I was so pleased with my salesman Loren on his professionalism, product knowledge. I originally purchased a red Acura TLX, tech pkg. Content with my new car drove home, parked, the next day I was excited to take a drive, started my new car and the AC wasn't working, maybe with 24 miles on it. The reason I'm even mentioning this is the immediate response my salesman Loren, busy on this saturday, came over apologized for the cars problemm within less than 15 minutes he introduced me to the sales manager and I was given a brand new Acura TLX, like the one I purchased. A couple of days with my car in service, I called Loren to trade that car in and upgrade to the Acura TLX, A- spec. I was impressed with the entire staff at this dealership, knowing I was purchasing the car I really wanted to begin with. After negotiating Lillian and Loren explainerd my new car was intransit, in the exact colors I wanted. I am so pleased with my new car , My buying experiences, to include immediate action to insure this buying process was fun and exciting. Highly recommend Maus Acura Ralph

Sorry to hear that the finance manager took attitude toward you not wanting to purchase a warranty and for speaking to you in such a way. MausCare to your point is dealer installed and does have value that may have not been explained in detail and we should have. It does have many benefits to customers and most are glad to have it. For example it provides the following, Lifetime oil changes, Lifetime tire rotations, paint protection, nitrogen tire service, rain repellent with re-applications, Surface shield with re-application, roadside assistance, glass vin etching, collision protection, ID theft protection for 1 year, interior fabric protection with re-application, and stolen vehicle assistance to name a few. I explained to Angelo already I don't want those services. I do not live close to this dealership and don't feel it is fair that I had to pay for features I won't use. Whether or not you SAY I didn't pay for them, I did, in some shape of form- because I was charged more than what the sticker price listed.
