I sat at the dealership for three hours and not one time. Did I get any communication from anyone regarding Wyatt was taking so long for me to get a simple oil change and the recall my keys. After an hour a Did I get any communication from anyone regarding Wyatt was taking so long for me to get a simple oil change and the recall my keys. After an hour and a half I had to approach the front desk and ask what was taking so long only to be told that my recall took 45 minutes to an hour. . This is unacceptable because I feel that somebody should have said something to me that day because I would have rescheduled my oil change had i known it was going to take that long. I also did not appreciate when I initially pulled up and was met with such overwhelming things about my car from the service desk guy. Nothing against his knowledge of cars, but again, I was there for an oil change and to do a recall on my keys. I feel it was not his job to start overwhelming me with so many things that had to be done to my car. I just feel a little more communication would’ve gone a long way. I drive 40 minutes to take my car to you guys and now I will no longer be doing that. I will find another place closer. More

The sales people are extremely friendly and the dealership is clean and on time for most appointments for service.
