Our salesperson, Christian aka Baja was great. The car is great, and my son is extremely happy with his purchase but they really did take my 21-year-old college kid for a ride. Saw the advertised price, walked in with his budget, and walked out paying $100 more a month without the warranty he was hoping to factor in to the amount he ended up paying. Why? Because “Maus Care”, which is a scam to say the least. $2500 for “free lifetime car washes and oil changes”, when he could be doing that himself and not pay interest for it. Maus Care is “required and nonnegotiable”. It’s their way of advertising a car for lower and then jacking up the price above KBB. The unfortunate part is now he doesn’t have the warranty he budgeted for, but hey, at least he gets free car washes. More

Sales agent would not give us our keys for our trade in, so I felt trapped there. I ended up paying for maintenance when I clearly explained that we were moving. Spent 35k on a truck and the dealer won't e so I felt trapped there. I ended up paying for maintenance when I clearly explained that we were moving.
