One very unhappy customer! I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago- I have been driving with the check engine light on the entire time ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE- wanna know what the dealership has to say absolutely nothing it’s my problem not there’s, at lease attempt to help your customers!!! Kevin Leon sold me the vehicle and did a great job- Aldo Reethatakaj went ahead and did my financing and did a great job as well!!! Joe Migliaccio when ahead and assisted as the deal manager who was awhere of my problem but again couldn’t help the consumer on the other end of the table!!!! Drew Ruggiano called me from the service department to advise me that I needed a SMOKE TEST don’t on my brand new 2018 vehicle- advised him that’s not a option at this point this is beyond beyond satisfactory service I have never been so unhappy with an experience in my life!!!!! Jason Rowland the Finance director who I spoke with showed zero sympathy or empathy for my situation and stated I own the car and now have negative equity so there’s nothing they can do for me!!! Way to go Maus Nissan!!!!!! Not the corporation I would recommend anyone work with!!! I have now filed a lemon law case and will go from there!!! More

Amazing and Miracle workers! My salesman Austen Johnigean was absolutely amazing to say the least! I came in with a pretty difficult situation but he was still able to get me in a My salesman Austen Johnigean was absolutely amazing to say the least! I came in with a pretty difficult situation but he was still able to get me in a 2018 Nissan Sentra. I was over 8k upside down in my trade, no down payments and didn’t give him much to work with but between him and the finance manager, they made it happen. They are truly MAGIC. I am so pleased with how professional the atmosphere was and how he really listened to my needs for my new car. Thank you Maus Nissan and Austen for getting me into a 2018 Sentra! I love it! More

I previously bought a vehicle 5 months Maus Nissan is as good as it gets. Samantha Williams was our sales rep and she was nothing short of excellent! I previously bought a vehicle 5 months earlier from another dealership and I was very unsatisfied with the vehicle so i decided to trade it in memorial day weekend. I chose Maus Nissan because my credit wasn't the best and i heard the ads on the radio, tv, etc advertising Maus Nissan so i decided to give it a shot. I was extremely pleased with my service and highly recommend this dealership to everyone!! Keith was the one helping me with the financing and he was extremely helpful and cared about actually trying to get me in a car. I was able to get my first brand new car and it was all because the team at Maus Nissan actually cared enough to do whatever it took to get my in a vehicle. Samantha Williams was my sales rep and what an amazing positive woman! she really took the time to listen and understand me and what my needs and wants were and her service was probably the most amazing service ive ever had at a dealership! I will be a Maus Nissan customer for life! More
