Daniel Utrobin walked over to us, he asked what I was looking for, and I told him, we went inside to his office for a few minutes, after that, he took us outside to show me a Nissan kicks, I took a look at it, but it was a bit smaller than I wanted. He said he was going to pick a car he thought I like. I fell in love with it as soon as he pulled up with a 2018 Nissan Rouge. We went for a drive, and at this point I knew that would be the one I was buying. I’m very happy with the choice Daniel chose for me. He is an excellent salesman. More

.. I just had a very negative experience at Maus Nissan in Brooksville with this employee! Purposely deceptive practices!!!! The sale I went in for is a scam. I should’ve gotten 23,000 for my trad Nissan in Brooksville with this employee! Purposely deceptive practices!!!! The sale I went in for is a scam. I should’ve gotten 23,000 for my trade in according to the sale. They kept trying to scam me and give me only 14,000 and have me roll over 12,000 along with a new car loan! Even according to their own mileage allowance I should’ve gotten 23,000. They put one set of numbers on paper yet tell you another set of numbers and tell you to disregard what’s on the paper. When they see you are not going for it and about to leave they add another person to the mix to do it again. Then they lead you to believe the deal is finally what you want, leave you waiting for hours, then say they want 2500 more down, trying to fool me so they would pay less for my trade in and I pay more, and then start back tracking on everything they said to keep you there. only found out by accident from a salesman Mentioning it as he was doing something for another car that they wanted another 2500 and when I confronted them about it that’s when they started referring to the numbers on paper that they told me to disregard because those would change and reflect our NEW deal the one I had agreed to. They were about to close and I waiting outside. No one had even bothered to come tell me! Complete waste of 5 hours! I should’ve trusted my instincts and the bad reviews and left after the first hour! More

The finance manager was great. Even gave options to choose with payments and down-payment amount. The dealer general manager did not meet with us, but called the day of purchase. I did find the perfect car. There was supposed to be a chance to win up to 3k for coming in for a test drive over the weekend. That was never mentioned.
