I guess it was meant to be We had been looking for a 250 or 2500 for several weeks. We had been to many places that morning before coming to Max Ford. By this time, my wife had kind of sort of fallen for the Ford King Ranch style of pickup truck. As we were pulling in to park at Max Ford, Kyle was approaching us and at about that same time, another salesman (I cannot remember his name) was parking a Ford King Ranch right in front of us. My wife said that IS our truck that is getting parked. By this time, Kyle was talking to us. We explained to him that the truck that was just parked was the truck we would like to have. Within a few hours it was. Kyle said he would buy the other salesman a nice supper. Thank you Kyle! More
had confusion on the truck. The truck was pitched as a 2019. I was in a hurry to get the contracts done and did not notice it was actually a 2017. I figured this out 4 hours after leaving the dealership. I simply wanted to bring it back and start over. It was our second vehicle from the dealership.... We significantly overpaid for the truck based on what I was told it was. I don't blame Nick, seems like a good guy. I could have misunderstood him but all I wanted was to bring it back. I was told can't do that. In todays market, most dealers are happy to return cars if your not happy. Shame on me for not paying close attention. We have 25 vehicles in the fleet, I would have thought there would be some flexibility. More
