Purchase of Expedition Tim Bailey did a great job -asking questions prior to looking at vehicles to narrow the search. Also, ensured he answered any questions we had. We were at the dealership a little over 6 hours. This is a very long time. After we were through with Tim, the wait for the business portion was over an hour plus. Hit my vehicle Took my vehicle in for service and one of the mechanics hit/scratched my vehicle. While I know it was an accident, what bothered me was that if I wouldn't have checked my car like I do every time I take it for service, it seems as no one would've told me about it. I pointed it out to the mechanic that brought my car back out from service, and he was speechless and just gave me a blank stare. I walked in to the office and told one of the head guys so he walked with me to check. He looked at it and said "It looks like it's covered in dirt because when I remove dirt I can see the scratch better." He was insinuating that my car had this damage and it had been there long enough for dirt/wetness from the pavement to cover it up partially (it was a wet snowy day). The scratches were clearly and visibly there and fresh. Finally, a manager was called out and as soon as he looked at it he said "Yep that looks as fresh as can be. We'll make it right." 3 weeks later my vehicle was fixed and they provided a loaner for me to drive. Max Ford did it right in the end. My frustration was 1) If I didn't check, I don't believe anyone would've mentioned the damage to me and 2) A service manager try to tell me that the damage was there before I brought the vehicle in for service. Satisfied with the work that was done, disappointed in the damage caused and way it was handled. More

The tech need their hearing checked as I half dead and can hear a strut popping noise but was told nothing was wrong! Really don't patronize women when they tell you what's wrong.
