This is for service who kept my truck for 5 weeks and didn’t fit the issue. The second I drove out I could hear the front end clicking and the clunking in reverse. Major management changes and multiple employees no longer there, speaks volumes. Go somewhere else they are a hot mess.The one good person Bino is no longer there, the only one I trusted. I took my car to this location for a diagnosis, as I was having an issue with my motor blower coming on intermittently. They misdiagnosed me on 3 different occasions to the tune of almost 2 grand. Each time having an issue with my motor blower coming on intermittently. They misdiagnosed me on 3 different occasions to the tune of almost 2 grand. Each time I brought the car in, they'd tell me they figured it out this time. They changed my climate control box and BCM, claiming it was faulty, but the issues persisted. I decided to take the car to an electrical mechanic, and he found that not only was the issue simply a wiring harness issue, but the climate control box this dealership got for me was faulty. Thankfully, I still had the old one. I contacted the dealership and their answer was basically, sorry nothing we can do for you. They love to brag about having techs with 30+ years of experience, but it's obvious that doesn't translate to ability. When I looked online it appears I'm not the only customer with this same issue of suffering at the hands of their incompetence and ineptitude and being charged an arm and a leg for them to continuously be wrong. They also failed to keep in contact with me while having my car. Unless I reached out, there was never an update. Stay away from this dealership, unless you're looking to get ripped off. More

Customer Care Team said they would speak with Manager and get back to me. Received another text Friday that we had a deal, would I be picking up the car on Saturday, I said yes I will be there at 10am...arrived at 10am and was told they sold the car. More
I bought a vehicle for just under 40k from this place. (By the way, the vehicle was advertised online for approximately 5k LESS than the actual sale price). It did not have an owners manual and only one key fob when I went to test drive it. I asked the salesman if the deal ship could provide me with an owners manual and 2 key fobs to which he replied, NO PROBLEM!! We can definitely do that!!! Needless to say I am still waiting for my key fob and owners manual. They started ignoring me eventually. If they lie about nonsense like this, what else are they lying about? I’m just some xxxxxxx so what do I know. Im sure they give you a good deal…….. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again. Do what you want, but I think this place employs a bunch of vultures. One more interesting fact. Shortly after I purchased my vehicle, I was able to refinance the loan for 2.3 points LESS than what they gave me. I guess I’m just better at negotiating with the banks……I’m sure it has nothing to do with their level of honesty or integrity while doing business. That would be crazy!!! Dealing with this place has been a thorn in my side from the get go, I know better and I should have walked away from the beginning. Thanks Maxon!! Keep up the good work!! More
My wife and I were getting her '18 Encore serviced, and stopped in the showroom to look at the new models. Santiago Vega came up and introduced himself. He got one in a few minutes, and after showing her the features, she decided to buy that one then and there. Santiago made everything so easy, that it was the best buying experience ever. I hope he sticks around because I want him as my salesman when I want to replace my car. More

I was going to my Chemotherapy app, suddenly my car gave a warning. I called maxon buick and they said ti pass by cause my car can't be driven. I was 30 mins away. Didn't want to even help me out to get a car to return me home, i live an hour away !! And they don't even provide you a car. Not to mention that my car is 2022 and they want me to rent a car for 40$ a day !!! And me to call customer service and do all that and they were going to close in 3 mins !!! Seriously the worst customer service i met. They meet you with a big smile when they want to convince you to buy a car, and very frowned face when you come for a recall !!!! I want to mention that my car still under warranty. More
