Nick had my insurance information on May 26th - the day the vehicle was purchased. I sent my insurance card and info to his cell phone directly. I have a screenshot to demonstrate same. He was to call me on that coming Tuesday, May 29th to discuss the accessories but there was no phone call received. I called the dealership twice as well as Nick’s cellphone the following week and finally was contacted on June 6th. The next several days were uneventful and was contacted on June 10th at which time I expressed my concerns and disgust with my experience thus far. He assured me he would look into it and stated that the items were going to be installed and the vehicle would be delivered on Sunday, June 16th. Needless to say, June 16th passed without a vehicle. Received a rather abrupt text the following day saying the items wouldn’t work and “what do u want me to do truck is ready just cant find brushguard for it” (punctuation excluded as it was in text). At that time I requested to just have the truck delivered and I would take the truck to a local GMC dealership to have the items fitted. The truck was delivered by 2 individuals that Wednesday who abruptly handed me the keys, asked me why I chose to buy a car that far from where I lived and left. Didn’t walk me through anything, explain why I had plates out of NJ or when or even if I would be receiving PA plates and registration. I called the dealership 2 times and Nick directly once immediately following delivery. I received a call back from a ‘manager’ who was going to look into it but never called back. I never heard another word from the dealership until writing a negative but very honest/appropriate review today. I would be more than happy to send you screenshots of the calls with corresponding times, etc as well as the text messsges I received from Nick to support my claims. You didn't mention if you took a test drive or not.
