Is that i had to call and follow up on the part that was ordered for my vehicle. Why didn't parts or service call me. I didnt make a stink that the parts department recieved and had my parts sitting there for weeks. Because you guys always gave me great services so far. As well as it wasn't that series. More

Great Salesman I give Maxon Buick 5 stars because I thought I would only be able to afford a used vehicle. Mamadou was an excellent salesman I didn't feel pressured I give Maxon Buick 5 stars because I thought I would only be able to afford a used vehicle. Mamadou was an excellent salesman I didn't feel pressured into buying a vehicle right away. He worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and he stayed within my budget. Appointment made-service never happened I believe the title captures the reason for my review. I made an appointment for an oil change and possible tire rotation. I hate using 22 in union but my previous experience was good so I made another appointment.go back to your location. I had asked to be called if a delay was expected. Not having received a call, I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time at 1:50 There were other cars lined up so I asked if my appointment time would be as scheduled. I was told that because I had an appointment, my car would be serviced first. At 3 I learned my car was not even started and would be in an hour "or so." One of the cars on a lift in the garage was one of the unscheduled cars lined up supposedly to be taken in after mine although I was told that was not the case. I cannot be in route 22 traffic at rush hour and could not wait. I left. Now I ask YOU, how would YOU rate the experience? More
