Looked her up and down and commented on how she looked "different" than the day before when she stopped in wearing her work clothes. Then he tried to bull rush her with "free maintenance" When I told him that's not a big selling point for us since she only drives a few thousand miles a year he literally said "I guess I can't help you then" and stormed away like a child. The salesperson then told us "Sorry, John's having a bad day" Which I suppose was our problem? I guess we should have made him feel like he was doing us a favor letting us spend 30 thousand dollars? Clown! Then the salesperson presents us a deal he claims is the total price, all in. When I inquire if that includes the tax he says it does. We say great, we'll take it. He then gets up and goes to talk to John. 10 minutes later he returns to tell us "my bad. It doesn't include the tax. I'm new here." What that had to do with anything I'm not sure. I don't even work there and I knew there was tax that needed to be added. At this point we bring up trading in her current vehicle. The salesperson takes her keys and 15 minutes he returns and offers five thousand under book value. We thank him and go to leave. We pass John in the middle of his bad day and he can't bother to even say thank you. xxxx, he couldn't even bother to look up. My girlfriend spends her weeks working with special needs children. It's what she's dedicated her life to. She gets one day off a week and that day has now seen her leered at, rudely walked away from, lied to and then ignored completely on the way out the door. This was unacceptable to me. And when I told John how unprofessional he had acted he stands up and yells at me to "get the xxxx out of my dealership" and tells me I'm rude. Well, maybe. But he's a clown. An unprofessional clown. And this dealership apparently condones this behavior because I left a detailed message for the GM asking for him to simply call and apologize to my girlfriend for how she was treated and the call never came. Just a simple, "I'm sorry you were objectified, treated rudely and lied to" was too far a bridge for this dealership. There's a lot of options when buying a Mazda. It's not hard to do better than this place. More

We went to the dealership a few miles away in Wayne and were given the numbers for a 36 month lease. It didn't feel right to me, so we went to Lodi to check them out. I dealt with Charlie Garcia and his team, and they proved to me that it was a great idea to go to Lodi. We were in and out of that dealership in 45 minutes. Papers signed, color picked out, car washed, keys in hand. I kid you not. Not only that, but they gave us an amazing deal on a premium package CX-5, for LESS PER MONTH than what the other dealership quoted us for the BASE MODEL. It was a phenomenal experience altogether. Charlie was phenomenal, and everyone at that dealership was helpful and prompt in everything they did. We are so glad we went to Lodi! Thank you Charlie! More

Working with Hector sealed the deal for me, he was so patient, not pushy and a very nice guy. Enrique in the service department was also very helpful in the weeks after I took my new Mazda home - my tire light came on a couple of times after I left, but he assured me that it had to do with the drop in temperature and it went off on its own. I like that they’re willing to answer any questions that I have, even after buying the car. End to end, they are a great dealership to work with! More
Oil changes are FAST here! Visited this dealership in Lodi with my daughter to get her Mazda an oil change to keep her company. We thought it would take a long time. Turned out it was less than an hour to get the maintenance done on the car, and we had time to go out to lunch together as well that day. I was impressed with how quick they were. I was jealous, because the place that I go to for my car, it usually takes forever! More
Best SERVICE experience out of all the dealerships around I’ve been to at least 3 other major car dealerships over the last 5 years and this location is hands down the quickest, the employees are the nicest, I’ve been to at least 3 other major car dealerships over the last 5 years and this location is hands down the quickest, the employees are the nicest, and they actually seem like they care about my experience, when I’m there for an oil change or recall. They keep me aware of when my car will be ready as I wait in their lobby (which BTW, they have FREE Starbucks coffee with cream & bottled water and they offer you free snacks too). I don’t feel like a “number” there, like at some of the other dealerships that are super packed with people waiting.....and in the NYC Tri-state area, that’s a rarity! .....LOL More

I recently had a flat tire and I took it right to the Service Department at Mazda of Lodi. They took care of my car in a timely fashion. I find their service department to be quick and efficient. The employees at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. I also find their work to be thorough. I will continue to use Mazda of Lodi's Service Department for future repairs needed on my car. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT My future mother-in-law brought her 2016 CX-3 (well within the factory warranty and mileage) which was purchased at the Mazda of Lodi STEALERSHIP in f My future mother-in-law brought her 2016 CX-3 (well within the factory warranty and mileage) which was purchased at the Mazda of Lodi STEALERSHIP in for service twice over a period of several months with significant condensation/water in both the front right and left headlights. Both times the dealership stated that this was not a warranty item after making her wait and waste time. They gave her the run around including multiple phone calls etc ... After they were done taking advantage of her, she was sent home with two dangerous headlights. After I got involved, I discovered that Mazda published a TSB (# 09-003/16) for this issue, which the dealership didn't even tell her about. This was a serious hazard to her, the vehicle and the public on the road. At no logical point should a new vehicle exhibit these safety issues and not be warrantied. I contacted a different dealership after this occurred. They not only had the headlights in stock, but the vehicle was serviced immediately with only 2 days notice and in a total of 3 hours. Mazda of Lodi should be ASHAMED of themselves for taking advantage of this woman and I will ensure no local friends/family ever do business at this stealership. We are also considering pursuing other avenues of compensation for the significant loss in time and wages required to bring the vehicle in multiple times. The dealership may contact me for other resolutions if they wish to make this right. More

Any concerns or needs I had, we quickly worked out between him and finance. I truly feel heard as a customer. I couldn't be anymore happy. As well, I am impressed with the quality of Mazdas. They have really stepped up their game and provide a high quality product. More
