A job well done A friend recommended I come here to check out their suv's specifically the CX5. I called and made an appointment with Charlie to come in and see them. I came in and was treated like I was their number 1 priority! They took the time to show me the car and take me on a test drive. After the test drive we came back and sat for an hour and talked about my financing options. Charlie recommended a few things to help me meet my needs accordingly and I ended up leaving that day with a car! I would recommend Mazda of Lodi to everyone. BUYER BEWARE if I could give less than 1 star I would. Initially walking in the sales rep I met with was very nice but was not knowledgeable about his stock. I found a vehicle I wanted and moved indoors to talk money this is where the nice guy routine stopped. when I informed them I would be financing the vehicle they informed me the price would go up 1,500 dollars! however I liked the car and came back with cash to close the deal where they insisted tax title and registration would be included in my price because it was a "cash deal". unfortunately I found these promises to be less than true as well. they did not complete the exchange of the title claimed the registration and plates were not included and then tried to charge me an additional 150 dollars to reissue a temp plate. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALER! THERE ARE MANY OTHER MAZDA DEALERS OUT THERE! However if you do go with them get everything in writing and trust none of what you're told....... Cant say no one warned you! More

Crooks and deceiveful * be aware * They sold me a used car as is. I asked if there were any problems with the car, I test drove it and everything panned out. Kind of odd the air conditi They sold me a used car as is. I asked if there were any problems with the car, I test drove it and everything panned out. Kind of odd the air condition knob was fully ripped out of the console which is almost impossible to due unless you took a pair of tweasers. This led the air condition to be blasting the entire test drive which should of been the red flag I missed. Long story short. AS I WAS DRIVING HOME. check engine lights were popping on left and right. They 100% reset the battery before I test drove it and broke the ac knob so you wouldent smell the leak coming from the engine. I never felt so deceived in my life. This wasn't no half xxx dealer on the street kind of place. This is a certified dealer. When I spoke to the general manager he told me he would honor me my refund as credit , only if I bought a new car there within a few days. If I didnt buy a new car he told me I bought the car as is and people do reset batteries to sell their cars. Dont EVER GO HERE. I am suing them for fraud if the problem doesn't get rectified. I had to sue Subaru over the same issue in small claims court years ago and won. More
