The service department is a rip off. My 8 1/2 month pregnant wife took our CX-9 in for servicing in November, 2012, and although they promised us a loaner car when we made the appointment, there was no pregnant wife took our CX-9 in for servicing in November, 2012, and although they promised us a loaner car when we made the appointment, there was none available when she got there. So they said they had a deal with the local Enterprise where my wife could get a car there for no charge. She confirmed multiple times that there would be no charge. And yet a month later we got a charge from Enterprise. So she called the dealership and was told that shouldn't have happened and they would take care of it. They called us again a couple of days later and said Enterprise would credit us 1/2 the amount of the rental and that Mazda would send a check. A month later after getting no check from Mazda, she called again and was told that they would give us a credit on the account instead. She tried multiple times to talk to the Manager since that wasn't what was originally promised but never got a call back. Now they are saying that we don't even have a credit on the account, and that unless we have something in writing from them, "good luck" So our advice to you is get everything in writing, signed by the manager or don't believe a word you hear. More

I met with Charlie Garcia on Monday, June 17, 2013, and told him that I was looking to get myself a Mazda 3, and I gave him financial parameters to work with. Over the next few evenings, we talked about fe told him that I was looking to get myself a Mazda 3, and I gave him financial parameters to work with. Over the next few evenings, we talked about features and benefits, and the possible payment options. He was very friendly, and didn't pressure me, which is what made my decision rather easy. On Thursday, June 20, I walked out with a brand new Mazda 3, with the payment terms that I was looking for. Charlie and the staff took great care of me, and we were all smiling at transaction's end. I will be telling all my friends about my experience with Charlie Garcia at Mazda of Lodi. More
I was very hesitate going to this dealership because of the poor rating from past customers. But after Bernie, salesman, introduce himself kindly and was very patience throughout the sales. Charley not only just helped me with my new car, for which I'm proud to have but he strait and honestly showed me all my options and explained step by step all the process and in no time I was driving my new car. By far they are one of the BEST dealerships around and I have told EVERYONE I know not to go anywhere else.
