Our loaner fleet has been in high demand, and we do ask customers to confirm availability the evening before their appointment since we can't always predict when clients will return their loaner vehicles. We recognize that policy wasn't communicated as clearly as it should have been from the start, and that's something we're actively working to improve. We've also recently partnered with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to help bridge gaps when our own fleet is fully out, so future customers in your situation have more options.
