Colin was very responsive, professional and thorough with our initial email correspondence. And then on his day off when I decided to come in to the dealership to drive and perhaps buy the car, he let me kno our initial email correspondence. And then on his day off when I decided to come in to the dealership to drive and perhaps buy the car, he let me know that Giovani would help me. I arrived and the car was out front and clean ready for me to check it out. I had looked at a car at Mazda of Orange and the sales person was pushy, irritating really. Texting and calling me with sales platitudes. Giovani was relaxed, answered all my questions, never pushy and made me feel comfortable. My whole career has been in sales and in my opinion he is the best car salesman I’ve encountered and I’ve owned over 10 cars by now. Thanks so much for a great experience. Brad Grams More
