Took my dad to buy his new Mazda here after talking/negotiating with a few different dealerships. Elk Grove had the car we wanted in stock and Garrett in sales was immediately willing to work talking/negotiating with a few different dealerships. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer. I regret going back the second time. I naively thought because I was a returning customer they were going to take care of me, but I was completely wr I regret going back the second time. I naively thought because I was a returning customer they were going to take care of me, but I was completely wrong. I regret purchasing a second vehicle from this dealership. Khan, in the end just wants to make the most money out of clients and not really finding the best deals for them. It is truly disappointing. Loyalty does not pay off in this case. On top of everything, the vehicle has been giving me issues and it was supposed to be “new”. Stay away from this dealer. This is not a bitter comment, It is just facts. Even if you come with a qualification from your bank, they will go around it to make more money from you. Simple things like asking them not to run your credit because you already secured financing through your bank, they do not care and run your credit regardless. It is baffling to think that when you go to this dealership you have to prepare in advance not to get ripped off. So long for a nice and easy process. More
