Danny is the Best! We had an issue on a Saturday, so I called him and he instructed me on what to do. That worked, but the issue persisted. Danny made what was an unfortunate situation into one where we felt confident that we were in great hands and that our car would be taken care of once it arrived at Mazda of Elk Grove. He also looked for ways to help us after the car arrived at the dealership, like offering a loaner car. On Monday morning, he texted me right away to let me that he had received our vehicle. Once the service technicians started work our car was serviced and ready for pickup before 10 am. It was truly an awesome experience! We can’t thank him enough for being there for us! More
