I worked night shift back to back and i waited at the lounge because they said they close at 5 pm and service is just 1- 1.5 hrs. After 1 hr, saw my vehicle already done and i was happy waiting for my se lounge because they said they close at 5 pm and service is just 1- 1.5 hrs. After 1 hr, saw my vehicle already done and i was happy waiting for my service coordinator. But for the past 40 mins, i waited for someone to atleast check me out to pay so i can leave. If i didnt stand near the counter they wouldnt process my check out. Some of them dont have clients and are not busy. Also they didnt do a free car wash. More

I was immediately greeted and invited in to look at inventory with a/c and water on a hot day. I asked a few questions I had asked at other dealers and received more honest and realistic answers from inventory with a/c and water on a hot day. I asked a few questions I had asked at other dealers and received more honest and realistic answers from Chris. I appreciated the honesty. I found the warranties and deals available through the dealer to be competitive with other dealers I had checked out. All the staff were friendly and respected my choice to turn down certain additional services. They had excellent inventory and I was able to nitpick about color and features and end up with a car I loved. On a personal note, I love that they donate to charity and you can choose which one you wanted to contribute to. Overall, I am grateful I stopped by. More
