Nick made us feel very comfortable from the moment we stepped into the dealership on a busy memorial day weekend. Once we had decided on the car that we were interested in looking at, he took the time to stepped into the dealership on a busy memorial day weekend. Once we had decided on the car that we were interested in looking at, he took the time to explain the features of the different trims available and took us out on a test drive. After the test drive, we had narrowed down our choice to a CX-5 Touring in the eternal blue color. Unfortunately, they had just sold the last CX-5 in that color for the trim that we were interested in. But Nick was able to go back in and check that they had a few more in inventory at another location, which they were able to have shipped within less than a day. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and Nick gave us the information and space to make it a stress free purchase. I would recommend him to anyone in the market ! More

This is my first Mazda, and I decided to buy a Mazda over the competition because it does not have a CVT. Elk Grove Mazda was the third dealership involved in this transaction. I didn't tell that to my sales person, he might get discouraged. It was the dealership that was the furthest from my house, but I'm glad they got my business. I would be happy to go there again and again. Maybe Mazda can start making trucks again. Dealership #1 didn't have the car, so I waited, a little over a month. When it came in they said they had marked it up $2000 above MSPR because they were popular. Then I tried Costco and was contacted by dealership #2. They made an initial contact, but that was it. Never heard from them again. Finally, I went on TRUECAR and was contacted by JOHN MURPHY. I read the reviews online and I thought maybe he got his mom and grandma to do these reviews; they were too good. They were not kidding. John Murphy was amazing. After I let him know what I wanted, he looked at his inventory and got right back to me. He gave me a bona fide offer. He sent it over a text. When I got to the dealership, I knew what I was going to pay. It was a more than fair offer. I was in and out of the dealership quickly. HESAM GHAFFARI in finance was fantastic. It was quick and easy, no wasting time. According to Google, I got to the dealership at 4:30 and left at 5:45PM. I still had time to make it to an afternoon party in Fremont. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. More
