I worked with Ford Motor Co and Mazda dealers for 28 years and can honestly say that Mazda of Elk Grove has the best Customer service I have ever seen. He scheduled a service for a tiny problem we had after picking up our used 2019 Ford Flex and working with Billy in the service department got the vehicle completely fixed the first time. Everyone in the process from the service drive to the cashier was very friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable and has snacks too. I had an appointment at Mazda to have my tires installed with no other service. It took them 4 hours to finish the job due to their own overbooking. Clean comfortable customer waiting area. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and came out thinking the service was very reasonable.
