Yesterday I purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5! My first new car purchase and it was an amazing experience. Between Vu ( great customer service, very attentive, and informative), Garrett (great deals, comforting when the nerves hit) and Hesam (made the financing process a breeze, finds the best deals) they made this experience a very memorable one. Great deals, customer service, very informative,and they really care about who they're selling to. I'd recommend Elk Grove Mazda to any and everyone! They made getting my dream car possible!!!! It's nice to see customer service taken so seriously, as Mazda of Elk Grove should provide a text book for other dealers to follow. From passing random staff involved in other immediate duties, to the main people involved with our deal, the service was wonderful, thoughtful and truly welcoming, and all asked if we wanted water. By the way, the bathrooms were immaculate. The thing we noticed the most about everything just mentioned was, it all felt very genuine, like from their core kind of real. Simply said, it was the right people doing a job they loved. We all know the world is a tough place right now, the staff at Mazda EG helped us to forget that. Also, really cool bonus, the car was delivered washed and detailed with a BIG RED RIBBON. Nick was a polishing detail pro as he was helping us get to know the car, honestly looking for any smudge or little bit of lint, moving swiftly all while giving great instruction on the cars key functions. I'm a major multi tasker, Nick would be hard to keep up with. This speaks to heart, like playing good defense on the basketball court, you need to have hustle! WOW... this is truly the most selfish purchase I’ve ever made. This car is sheer pleasure on wheels and I am enjoying every minute of ownership, and Mazda of Elk Grove made the entire purchase process from start to finish a breeze. Knowing that the dealership will stand behind their products and continue so after you drive off the car lot is just as important, I have every confidence that they will. One of the things I was most impressed with was how much he knew every detail on the vehicle. Every question I asked he answered without hesitation or that stupid look like I'm not sure. Maximillian is one of guys I mostly worked with and he is awesome. I'm a hard person to deal with especially when buying something expensive but he went out of his way and made sure i was completely satisfied. Taylor is the other guy and he was super nice and went over every little detail when signing the paper work. A big big thank you to these 2 men for helping me and explaining everything to me. Matt, Matt, Matt. He has been my go-to guy since my very first Mazda 2 in 2015. I got my Mazda 3 in 2018 and now my brand new CX30 in 2021. I am not a picky person when it comes to cars, but he always just first Mazda 2 in 2015. I got my Mazda 3 in 2018 and now my brand new CX30 in 2021. He took the time to check items outside of his normal hours, was extremely friendly and friend like, and made sure that my reservations about being both wary of, and a burden to, the people that made me unsure of my purchase was founded; but that as far as the possible for transmittance of attitude or general retribution is concerned, that's a non-issue.
