Our salesman Nick ishihara was amazing-Low pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. Nick worked with us to find the best financing options and even got all of our documents worked up while we picked our daughter up from school. We came back to a car ready to go with a giant bow. While we signed, Nick entertained our daughter by playing musical chairs. We will recommending Elk Grove Mazda and Nick to friends/family. It truly was amazing. More

AWESOMENESS About 3 years ago i went into Mazda looking for a car had no experience/ knowledge on cars. I walked in i was immediately greeted by all the employees About 3 years ago i went into Mazda looking for a car had no experience/ knowledge on cars. I walked in i was immediately greeted by all the employees and handed over to Garrett who took excellent care of me, he was so patience and kind however i wasn't ready to get the car at the moment i was just browsing though my options. I returned to Mazda about a week later, Garrett made me not event want to go to another dealer because he made a very memorable first impression. I just recently went back to Mazda and Garrett recognized me after 3 years this made yet another memorable impression because most dealers just want a sale they don't even remember you. I had leased the car that i got 3 years ago and wanted to see what my options were to trade in, however i had over 3,000 dollars of damage and was over my miles. Garrett went through some options with me and helped me finance the car and was able to get me an affordable monthly payment. I am now a PROUD owner of a 2015 CX-9. Great Experience with Mazda Elk Grove This is my third Mazda Miata. In the past I have leased the Grand Touring and the last one was the Club. I would have leased the 2015 Grand Touring, This is my third Mazda Miata. In the past I have leased the Grand Touring and the last one was the Club. I would have leased the 2015 Grand Touring, but when My lease was up at the time there wasn't a Grand Touring available with the color I wanted. I live in Vacaville and have gone to the Vacaville Mazda dealership. My lease was due to expire on 4/20/18 and I didn’t want what happened last time to happen again. So I went last month and the salesman there informed me that since my lease wasn’t up for 3 months that I should wait until then. Well not only were leases not available for the Miata, but I went earlier this month and the new salesman informed me that they had the car I wanted at the Vacaville dealership, but it was a stick shift which I don’t know of any women today that drives a stick shift; as a result John, my significant other, who is also my Financial Adviser called around and thankfully found Garret & your dealership. I got exactly what I wanted, but not the lease. I only like to lease new vehicles for several reasons and this is one of them. Well Mazda has a very knowledgeable and personable employee in sales, Garrett. I want to thank him for all that and his excellent customer service. More

I knew I would be buying a car soon, but I had not decided when or what I was going to buy. I was approached by Drake Hankins, who was very helpful and friendly. We chatted for a bit and he showed me around so I could quickly find the types of Mazdas that I was interested in. After a couple of test drives and lots of helpful information from Drake, I ended up leaving with a brand new Mazda 3. It's a great car that I am having a lot of fun driving and it's all thanks to the people that helped me out at the dealership. More
